Borders
  1. Open up a window with whatever color or border you want to use.


    2. I'm going to use a white border for my text.

  2. Click the text button.

  3. Type in whatever text you want. Make sure Floating is selected.

  4. Now you should have the floating text on what will soon be your border.

  5. Go to your menu bar and click on Selections.

  6. Under Selections click on Modify.

  7. Then click on Expand.

  8. It will take you to a window that looks somewhat like this.

    Select whatever pixel size border you want a click okay.

  9. Your floating text should have a border around it with the size of whatever pixels you put.

  10. Copy it and put it wherever you'd like.
